Went to Altamar this August. We had a great holiday, but when my son got hurt there was no help from reps and no first-aider. Help came from the guests and the hotel staff

we stayed there in may this year and have decided to go back agin this week for another ten days,,we love it their and find that all the staff are very helpfull,,,the place is very clean,not got a bad word to say about place,,,

Hi can anyone tell me if you can upgrade to all inclusive when you get to the altamar???

We are booked in for self catering but want all inclusive……
And how much it would cost

We been there many times and we LOVE Altamar.
We will be there every year in March.
Great staff and the service is very good.
Beautiful location.
Highly recommend hotel

Altamar absolutely first class. Spotless rooms, great maid service, food varies daily. Good bar service with very friendly waiters. Entertainment great, bar service very friendly and closes at 12.00 Been 5 times booking again next year. Highly recommend for a fabulous family holiday.

The Altamar is the best!! The staff are all wonderful, the reps great. Entertainment first class. The hotel is spotless, the food is varied, bar facilities first class. Entertainment stops at 12.00pm. Absolutely first class hotel. Been 5 times and booking again for next year.

I got back from here this morning and had a lovely time the food is nice but the one bad thing about my holiday there was this really cheeky little girl than was pinching kicking people biting then and every thing but every thing else was lovely x

hey

i dont have any comments on the altamar yet, im going in 5 weeks and wondering if anyone got a late check out,

theres 10 of us going 5 adults and 5 kids and we would like to keep 1 of the apartments opened, wondering how much it cost and can we get this done

enjoyed the stay at altamar dj gazza played great music and entertainment ok. food above average for 3 star accomodation, lovely views from every balcony all overlooking the sea . wouild take hairdryer and iron if needed as you have to rent they are not provided. take a trip to mogan highly recomended. seemed to b a great place for the kids y the pool area was excellent. would go back . patsy

We have just returned from a very enjoyable holiday at the Altamar. We could not fault the food, service cleanliness or the location. We do however think that the hotel may not be the same in season as the amenities may be to small to cope with a full quota of guests.

Rooms were very spacious,balcony very big with all amenities in the room.Entertainment stops at 11pm but the shows were usually good.Food excellent.2 swimming pools were immaculate

someone HAS to inform the manager Thoedores
that so many all inclusive people are complaining
about how the are being treated or the travel agents
need to do something about it, they just cant take peoples
money and not provide a good service.
